NexVolum is a listing-first social marketplace built on trust. These guidelines apply to listings, reels, stories, newsroom posts, comments, channels, and direct messages.
✅ What we encourage
- Honest, accurate listings with real photos and clear pricing.
- Original content that respects copyright.
- Respectful, constructive comments and replies.
- Clear external links — your audience should know where they're going.
- Helpful customer responses in your DMs.
🚫 What's not allowed
Illegal, dangerous, or restricted goods
- Weapons, drugs, prescription medication, counterfeit goods.
- Wildlife products, stolen items, hacked accounts.
- Adult-only goods sold to minors.
Hate, harassment, and abuse
- No content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
- No targeted harassment, doxxing, or threats.
- No impersonation of other users, brands, or public figures.
Sexual & nudity content
- NSFW imagery is auto-detected and removed.
- No sexual content involving minors — ever. Such content is reported to authorities.
- Adult-themed listings (where legally permitted) must follow age-gate rules.
Spam & manipulation
- No duplicate listings, mass-posting, fake engagement, or bot activity.
- No misleading clickbait — your listing title must match what you're selling.
- No fake reviews or coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
Scams & fraud
- No advance-fee fraud, fake giveaways, pyramid schemes, or "guaranteed returns".
- Don't ask buyers to pay outside the link you've listed.
- Phishing links and malicious downloads result in immediate ban.
Reporting
Tap the three-dot menu on any content to report it. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Content that crosses certain thresholds (3 reports for listings, 5 for posts/reels/stories/messages) is auto-hidden pending review.
Enforcement
- 1st minor violation: warning + content removal.
- Repeated minor violations: temporary feature restriction (e.g. cannot post for 7 days).
- Severe violations: permanent ban, all content removed.
- Illegal content: immediate ban + report to relevant authorities.
Appeals
If you believe a moderation decision was wrong, reply to the warning notification or email support@siginnexora.com. Each appeal is reviewed by a human moderator within 72 hours.
