This Privacy Policy explains how NexVolum ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data. It applies to all users of siginnexora.com and the NexVolum mobile/PWA app.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, country, currency, role (Individual / Blogger / Brand / WhatsApp TV), date of birth, optional avatar/cover/bio.
- Content: listings, posts, reels, stories, comments, messages, channel activity.
- Wallet & payments: coin balance, transactions, Flutterwave transaction references. We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, content views, listing clicks. Used to power analytics and the smart feed algorithm.
- Device data: browser type, language, push notification token, approximate country (from IP).
2. How we use your data
- To operate the platform — sign you in, show your feed, deliver messages, process payments.
- To rank content and personalise your discovery experience.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, NSFW content, and underage exposure.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, listing milestones).
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Lawful basis (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR:
- Contract — to provide the Service you signed up for.
- Legitimate interest — to keep the platform safe and improve it.
- Consent — for push notifications, optional analytics, and marketing communications.
- Legal obligation — to retain financial records, respond to lawful requests.
4. Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your data (available instantly via Settings → Export my data).
- Correct — update inaccurate information from your profile.
- Delete — permanently erase your account and content (Settings → Delete account).
- Restrict / Object — limit how we process your data.
- Portability — receive your data in JSON format.
- Opt out of "sale" of personal information (CCPA): NexVolum does not sell personal information.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (e.g. NDPC in Nigeria, your DPA in the EU).
5. Sharing
We share data only with:
- Flutterwave — to process payments.
- Supabase (our infrastructure provider) — to host the database and edge functions.
- Lovable AI / Google Gemini — for content moderation, translation, transcription, and listing scoring (only the relevant text/image is sent, not your full account).
- Law enforcement — when legally compelled.
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
6. International transfers
Our infrastructure is hosted globally. By using NexVolum you consent to your data being processed in jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws than your home country. Where required, we use standard contractual clauses to safeguard transfers from the EEA.
7. Retention
- Account & content data: kept until you delete your account.
- Payment records: kept for 7 years to satisfy financial-record obligations.
- Moderation logs and reports: kept up to 24 months.
- Stories: auto-deleted 24 hours after posting.
8. Security
Data is stored encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is enforced via row-level security on every table. Passwords are hashed; we never see them in plaintext.
9. Children
NexVolum is not intended for users under 16. If we discover an underage account, we will remove it. Parents who believe their child has signed up may contact us at support@siginnexora.com.
