Welcome to NexVolum (the "Service"), operated from Lagos, Nigeria (the "Company", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NexVolum website, mobile application, and related services available at siginnexora.com. By creating an account or using NexVolum, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use NexVolum. By signing up you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Accounts & Roles
NexVolum supports four account types:
- Individual — browse, buy, save, and bookmark listings.
- Blogger — post reels, stories, and newsroom articles.
- Brand / WhatsApp TV — list products, run ad campaigns, manage CRM.
- Admin / Agent — internal moderation and platform operation.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your password.
3. Listings & Content
- You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant NexVolum a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and promote it within the Service.
- The first listing per account is free for 24 hours. Subsequent listings consume coins or require an active premium pass.
- All external links are scanned for safety. Listings that fail validation may be rejected automatically.
- You must not post illegal goods, counterfeit items, hate speech, NSFW content, or anything that violates our Community Guidelines.
4. Payments, Coins & Premium
- Coins are a virtual currency used to publish listings, boost posts, and unlock features. Coins have no monetary value outside NexVolum and are non-transferable.
- Payments are processed by Flutterwave. Pricing is shown in your local currency at checkout.
- Premium passes auto-grant a verification badge for the duration of the pass.
- Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment, doxxing, impersonation, or abuse of other users.
- Spam, scraping, or automated mass-posting.
- Reverse engineering or attempting to bypass payment, role, or visibility controls.
- Uploading malware or links to phishing sites.
Violations may result in warnings, content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
6. Intellectual Property
The NexVolum name, logo, and platform design are owned by the Company. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform itself without written permission.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed (see Privacy Policy).
8. Disclaimers
NexVolum is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of user-generated content, or any specific outcome from using the platform. Transactions between users (e.g. buyer ↔ seller) are between those users — NexVolum is not a party to them.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexVolum's aggregate liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim, or NGN 10,000, whichever is greater.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
